See it if I realized, in reviewing The Convent tonight, that I had seen an earlier play by this playwright which I'd enjoyed much more.
Don't see it if I saw this during its short run in 2014 at City Center and remember it as being a very intimate, interesting play about Civil War reenactors
See it if you enjoy intimate theaters, dual storylines, or want to support a young theater company.
Don't see it if you dislike monologues, slow plot movement, heavy handed story telling, & predictable plot shifts.
