See it if Unique experience! Best to go in without knowing much about what’s going to happen

See it if You're interested in a unique experience surrounding the concept of ritual.
Don't see it if you're looking for a traditional, more cohesive story.
See it if you already have a literally native interest in indigenous culture and ceremony, without any expectation for theatrical presentation/story.
Don't see it if you dislike one-man show monologues that are mystifyingly personal and scattered. There is a pre-show "carnival" that has no connection too.
I had a whale of a time for much of “The Indigo Room,” part of the Under the Radar theater festival, and can certainly count as theater. But it is more than that – maybe too much more,,, a fun, hip American carnival, some beautiful Native American rituals… a long monologue by Timothy White Eagle…whose stories sometimes bring us into uncharted waters, involving a whale — which is where I got lost.
