The Ladder follows a man, a Minotaur, and the myths that emerge after their encounter, blending elements of ghost story, comedy, and psychological horror. The narrative examines the intersections of fear, desire, and the monstrous, set against a backdrop that shifts between the real and the mythic.

The production is directed by Haley Rice and features a creative team including lighting designer David Aab, sound designer Joshua Kobak, costume designer Caycee Black, and fight/intimacy choreographer Leana Gardella.
