Don't see it if you hate French (some of the musical goes to Paris), couture fashion, the New Look, or you want it to be the same as the film
See it if You want to see a perfectly fine, charming musical
Don't see it if You don’t enjoy slow musicals, it takes a while for the story to get going
See it if you enjoy old fashioned musicals, nostalgia . Played with genuine emotion & a remarkable depth of characters.

See it if You like to see musicals that are song really well, even though a little bit dated. Jenna Russell is amazing in this production.

See it if you like a multi-medium adaptation of an endearing comedy with a message to find the good in everyday life.
Don't see it if you'd like slightly more singable music (although the music did serve its purpose in the narrative), or wouldn't prefer periodic drama. Read more
See it if You don't mind a very slow show (act 1 especially), with a great cast (lovely characters) about a nice woman trying to get a dress.
