Set in 1930s Duluth, Minnesota, a group of strangers cross paths in a struggling guesthouse during the Great Depression. As they each wrestle with hardship, hope, and heartbreak, their lives briefly intertwine in unexpected and meaningful ways.
Written and directed by Conor McPherson (The Weir, Shining City), this production features a cast of 23 actors and musicians. Songs from Bob Dylan’s iconic catalogsuch as Like a Rolling Stone and Forever Young are reimagined to deepen the show’s emotional landscape.
Girl from the North Country returns to The Old Vic for a limited nine-week run, in partnership with Runaway Entertainment. First staged at The Old Vic in 2017, the show went on to win multiple Tony and Olivier Awards and is now back where it began.
