As the match unfolds, the narrative moves between the present contest and Connors’ earlier dominance in the sport, charting the physical strain, psychological pressure, and personal history that surface during a late-career reckoning. The solo performance is written and performed by Adam Riches, whose previous stage work includes physical and character-driven comedy. The production is directed by Tom Parry.
