See it if you just want light entertainment.

Don't see it if you love the film. Very simple, cartoonish, one-dimensional characters. No depth. Perfunctory.

See it if you enjoy mobster themes. The acting isn't too bad. A few funny moments, but rare through two hours. A Jersey Boys replacement.

Don't see it if you want good music, a plot that isn't cliched, and don't enjoy a mobster type story.

See it if you like Doo-Wop music.

Don't see it if you're a DIE HARD fan of the movie like I am. All save the lead and his dad, Lorenzo...the rest was just eh. Sadly.
