Malaprop, one of Ireland's most buzzed-about emerging theatre companies, makes its U.S. debut with HOTHOUSE. This award-winning production, which earned Best Production at the 2023 Dublin Fringe Festival, presents a quirky and touching story set on an Arctic cruise ship. The audience, as passengers, embark on a journey to bid farewell to the melting ice caps. Along the way, they’ll encounter an intergenerational tale filled with eccentric characters, including amorous songbirds, a crazed captain, the environmental pioneer Rachel Carson, and the struggle of wanting to change but not knowing how.
