"Watching the mentalist at the intimate Lion Theatre feels like sweet Uncle Harry’s performing for the family or local, longtime Shriners...Every word of every anecdote has been related hundreds of times. Too much is about then and not now...Jokes are ba-dump-dump vaudeville. He’s genial but has no flair. What works, works well. Too much doesn’t." Full Review
See it if If you’re a fan & have seen or haven’t seen him, he’s best mentalist ever. At 83, his abilities still amazing
Don't see it if Not interested in mentalist, and have no interest In who Kreskin is & why still performing.
See it if Kreskin is the first Mentalist - Carson, Griffin, Douglas - and STILL can AMAZE - his patter a bit old fashioned - nonetheless
Don't see it if 2 hrs - no intermission - you don't like "Magic" -
See it if You want to see a living legend and one of the best mentalists Of this and last century.
Don't see it if He talks a lot about the good old days which makes this show over 2 hours no intermission. Still, it’s The Amazing Kreskin! He’s earned it!
See it if Once you get past the self promotion and stories of Johnny Carson, the acts are pretty dazzling. He’s 80 something and deserves respect.
Don't see it if You have a hard time hearing about the days of old or don’t like mentalist acts.
See it if you're a fan of Kreskin or have never seen him before. My first time, so it was still worth checking out.
Don't see it if you don't have 2 hrs to kill. The show could have really been cut down to 1 or 1.5 hrs, if not for the nostalgic ramblings.
See it if You are a Kreskin Follower & like slow, wordy 1 man mentalist shows
Don't see it if You don’t like mentalists that are dull & talk a lot &/or Long shows with no intermission.
See it if you are a fan of Kreskin and would enjoy seeing him live; he pulls off a few remarkable feats of mind-reading, and works hard to entertain.
Don't see it if you have seen contemporary illusionists who have spoiled you with intense, outlandish and/or fast-paced feats — this show just limps along.
See it if Don't see it. The man is a shadow of himself and most of the 2 lengthy hours is spent in talking about past triumphs.
Don't see it if Very few routines, mostly talk, talk, talk.
