An actress breaks mid-performance, blurring identity with the role of Electra.

This production intertwines the story of Electra—a daughter driven by grief and a desire for justice—with a contemporary narrative in which an actress abruptly falls silent during a performance. The disruption gives way to an encounter between two women, where language falters and distinctions between performer and character begin to dissolve. As the boundaries between identity and role erode, the narrative draws connections between ancient myth and psychological experience.

The cast includes Cate Blanchett, Nina Hoss, and Ella Lily Hyland, with thrilling production by Benedict Andrews.
