Clever, Intense, Great staging, Great acting, Absorbing

See it if You want to experience an intimate setting of a jacobean play at the sam wannamaker candlelit stage at the globe

Don't see it if You struggle with jacobean English and dont want to see violence against women Read more

Slow, Great acting, Absorbing

See it if You like to watch a play that morphs from a comedy into a tragedy.

Don't see it if If the thought of funny lines during the aforementioned tragedy mode puts you off. Also, it can feel a bit dated with some plot moments.

Classic, Fast-paced, Strong monologues, Intense, Melodrama

See it if You like quite inventive use of surtitles and you want a play that doesn't stray too far away from real, solid acting.

Don't see it if You don't want a play that is unabridged, which pushes the play to 2 hours 30+ minutes.

Slow, Refreshing, Entertaining, Clever, Absorbing

See it if Great show to see put on generally, and some great performances particularly Arthur Hughes as Bosola. Enjoyed musical accompaniment too.

Don't see it if Some character relationships were not convincing, and some characterisations felt hollow. (+ standard classics at Sam Wanamaker disclaimer.)
