Epic, Must see, Great singing, Enchanting

See it if you want to see one of the core Met productions and the full grandeur of the Met (sets, costumes, animals, huge cast). Audience favorite.

Don't see it if you would rather see one of the experimental or less performed operas. This is the traditional production they've done for years.

Riveting, Masterful, Great staging, Great singing, Great acting

See it if Adam Pascal and Heather Headley singing makes you feel like living an Elaborate Life. One of my favorite and first musicals in NYC.

Don't see it if Powerful product but warning about the subject matter. It might be too advanced for children or not keep their attention.

See it if Aida is Grand Opera. Frissell's production is like a trip to ancient Egypt. This is the last season for this production. Don't miss it.

Don't see it if Singing was rather hit or miss but it didn't matter.

Masterful, Great staging, Great singing, Entertaining, Delightful

See it if you like opera and want to see “The opera”. Aida is so grandiose and important that it’s the theme on Lincoln center subway stn mosaic

Don't see it if you think opera is boring and 2 intermissions at the Met Opera are too much

Great staging, Great singing, Epic, Absorbing

See it if Epic lavish production of Sonja Frisell's final staging of Aida, horses, and all.

Don't see it if This production is finished after 26 years. Long intermissions. I hate the seats at the MET, not enough leg room under seats.
