About the Show

Teenager with a rare aging disorder gambles on love and a risky heist in this dark-comedy musical.

Kimberly Levaco is a sixteen-year-old with a rare condition that causes her to age roughly four times faster than normal — so although she’s a teenager in spirit, she looks like an elderly woman. When her family moves to a new town, she finds herself lonely and friendless… until a chance romance with Seth, a young man from the local ice rink, offers a flicker of hope.

The show is written by Pulitzer and Tony Award-winning playwright and lyricist David Lindsay-Abaire (known for Rabbit Hole and Good People) with music by award-winning composer Jeanine Tesori (composer of Fun Home and Caroline, or Change). The 2026 London production is directed by Michael Longhurst, whose recent credits include Between Riverside and Crazy, Gloria, and Caroline, or Change.
