Great writing, Great characters, Great staging, Great acting, Absorbing

See it if you enjoy a play where no-one is what they seem to be, ditto situations. For Danny Sapani's vibrant centre stage moments! & Elia Monte-Brown

Don't see it if you want to see Christians portrayed realistically! You don't enjoy a twisty revenge drama.

Intense, Great acting, Absorbing

See it if For the good acting by the protagonist. Although the plot may look cliched, there are some turns which keep you invested.

Don't see it if You can't stand swearing. Some characters seem to be not fleshed out.

Great writing, Funny, Great acting

See it if Great performance by Danny Sapani after his recent Lear. Sometimes funny and overall quite say story.

Don't see it if Not for people who don't like Brits putting on American accents. Or those allergic to another NY play.

Confusing, Thought-provoking, Resonant, Great acting, Absorbing

See it if you want an intelligent and absorbing drama about a black ex-cop in New York and his wider family and associates.

Don't see it if you can't cope with swearing. It is also a little on the shouty side and the end if confusing - we had a debate with strangers after!

See it if I really loved the ups and downs of this show ! Don’t expect a cheery or easy watch. We loved it - the accents and characters were great.

Don't see it if You don’t want an emotional rollercoaster - it is thoroughly worth it and we really felt the power of the characters emotions…

See it if you like plays about people and their life tribulations and approach to adversity.

Don't see it if you struggle with heavy American dialogue and references.
