Don't see it if you will be bothered by the slightly predictable story or the gendered roles. This is of its time and should be enjoyed as such. Read more
See it if you love that miracle that happens when a timeless Gershwin musical meets the world's top director & choreographer (Stroman) & a strong cast
Don't see it if you have something against classic musicals. Yes book is naive, silly and dated, but who cares with such joyous infectious dancing & singing
See it if You love the old fashioned musicals with Fred Astaire or Gene Kelly. Well worth seeing.

See it if if you want to see something that light-hearted and entertaining. The dance choreography is masterful and performances are exceptional.
Don't see it if if you prefer your entertainment to include something more serious or if prefer something more modern and edgy.
See it if you want a truly entertaining evening at a fun, old-fashioned musical featuring old standards, a silly plot and wonderful dance numbers.
