Absorbing, Great acting, Great staging, Great writing, Masterful

See it if you are craving for good old theatres. If anything, it’s a bit short (for 2 plays in one) but everything else is good.

Don't see it if you prefer today’s comedy or musicals. 3.5 hours Shakespeare would be just a sleeping pill for you. Also avoid if cutting script annoys you.

Uneven acting, Modern twist on shakespeare, Great writing, Great staging, Disappointing

See it if LOVE Ian McKellen, love Robert Icke, walked out after the intermission. Except for Hotspur, felt everyone else was miscast (esp. Hal).

Don't see it if You expect chemistry between the actors, charismatic leads (the actor who played Hotspur was the only one who shined and was excellent). Read more

Clever, Long, Ambitious

See it if You want to see something proper, if sometimes a bit dense. McKellen in the draw but the whole cast are good.

Don't see it if almost four hours of Shakespeare is too much for you or you like your productions traditional.

Great staging, Funny, Entertaining, Clever, Absorbing

See it if You are a fan of Shakespearean productions and have a desire to see Ser Ian Mckellon at his best.

Don't see it if You dislike Shakespeare and his prose. Also if you cannot sit for 4 hours as this was long, an intermission at around 2.5 hours.
