Williamstown Theatre Festival - Williamstown, Massachusets, June 27-August 20

Located in Williamstown, Massachusetts, this year's festival features "The Roommate", "The Clean House" (Starring Tony-Nominee Jessica Hecht), new musicals, and world premieres. You are sure to spot some stars and fall in love with Williamstown. Save some extra cash by purchasing a "bundle" of shows.

East Arts - New York, New York June 4

Northwestern University Entertainment Alliance (NUEA) East presents the first arts festival featuring over 50 alumni from one of the leading arts universities in the country. You can find sketch comedy, short films, music, dance, and, of course, live theatre at this one-day event

New York Musical Festival (NYMF) - New York, New York July 10 - August 6

The annual festival "nurtures the creation, production, and public presentation of stylistically, thematically, and culturally diverse new musicals to ensure the future vitality of musical theater." Some notable alumni of the festival include "[title of show]", "Next to Normal",  and "In Transit".

Free Shakespeare in the Park - New York, New York May 23-August 13

The Public Theatre is producing Julius Caesar and A Midsummer Night's Dream for free in Central Park. Tickets are free, but hard to come by - Make sure you wake up early to wait in line, keep track of free tickets in the boroughs, or enter the lottery.

Clubbed Thumb Summerworks - New York, New York May 20-July 1

The 22nd year of this festival includes 3 new, provocative plays. This festival has previously gave New York debuts to Clare Barron, Gina Gionfriddo, Sarah Ruhl, Jordan Harrison and Lisa D’Amour.
